Status One pipeline badge per row (read-only in the table). Examples: Opened after the email is opened, Demo opened after the landing page is viewed. Use Actions → Change status to edit. Hover the badge for send times and bounce detail.

Actions Menu on each row: preview emails, edit email copy (subject and bodies stored in D1), change status, edit notes, send stages, copy or open the landing URL; use preview actions to load the page without updating tracking.

Next step The next email in the three-send sequence (initial, follow-up 3, follow-up 7) that is still due, or All sent when the sequence is finished. Column sort orders by that sequence; same stage uses most recent send first.

Activity Use View log on a row for that lead’s timeline. The bell in the top bar lists recent events across all leads.

Page header & top bar Below the Outreach Leads title, the first three KPI tiles (Leads, Queue, With email) apply a table filter when clicked (no separate selected state). Bulk send sends mail to eligible leads, not a filter. Clear filters resets search, status, sort, and the KPI filter. Under Filters, Refresh is next to Clear filters. The top bar has the activity bell, Sign in, and Account (help and sign out when signed in).
